Currently Loving

Hi there! How’s your week going?

I’m so excited to begin a new monthly blog post sharing all the things that I’m Currently Loving in my daily life. It’s a few of my favorite products, books, recipes, etc. that I use and want to share with YOU!

It’s finally summer in Ohio! After a long rainy start, the sun has returned and it’s been beautiful!

This summer my favorite sunscreen product that I’ve been using for my face has been COTZ Prime and Protect Mineral Sunscreen. It goes on smooth, has a light coverage and it works well under makeup. Most weekends I put it on without makeup and love it!

Another item I’m loving are these GapFit High Rise Stripe Capris. The fit is amazing and comfortable. Not only that, but the fabric is light and stretchy which makes them perfect for all your workouts and running your errands afterwards.

Because life is a bit hectic and we operate in overdrive most days, I highly recommend this Calmer Blend Roll on from DoTerra Oils. I use it at night before bed. Usually, I roll it on my wrists, neck and bottoms of my feet. The results are a sound and restful sleep!

Most weekday mornings you will find me drinking a Smoothie for breakfast. I love smoothies because they keep me full throughout the morning and I can drink it while I’m getting ready for work. Lately, I’ve been adding these Blender Bombs. They are the perfect fat, protein, and fiber blend to help keep you full longer and they are loaded with Omega-3s. They also come in various flavor combinations. I’ve tried the Original and most recently the Goji, Coconut and Acai blend. YUM!

I love podcasts! I listen to them on my morning commute, during my lunch break and when I’m walking. My all time favorite is The Life Coach School podcast. Brooke Castillo teaches “the model” which shows that what you think creates your feelings that drive your actions or inaction. It’s been a game changer for me in how I manage and improve my mind. Since I started my Wellness Coaching Business, I discovered that it’s a necessity to learn the skills I need to improve my mindset.

Choose to believe that you are worthy of all the blessings this world has to offer, and then see the manifestation of this in your own life before your own eyes.” – Brooke Castillo

Recently, I purchased Cook Once Eat All Week Cookbook by Cassy Joy Garcia. She is the editor and chief behind the blog Fed & Fit. The book is beautiful and organized into “weeks” of dinners. Each week consists of three main recipes plus two bonus dinners. It’s a great book for those who want to eat healthy and meal prep ahead of time. Anything and everything you want to know about meal prepping is laid out for you. One of my favorite recipes in the book is the Confetti Chicken Casserole. I found it easy to put together, especially if you prep some of the ingredients ahead of time!

I hoped you enjoyed this post! I’d love to hear what you think about it! Feel free to drop me an email at anytime.

Remember that YOU are amazing! Have a great rest of your week!
